Dates

The hackathon takes place on Friday, 26 June 2026 in London. Hacking begins at 9:30 AM local time and the project submission deadline is 4:30 PM local time. Winners will be announced at the closing ceremony at approximately 7:00 PM.

Eligibility

Open to participants who are above the legal age of majority in their country of residence at the time of registration. Employees, contractors, and immediate family of the organizers and sponsors may participate but may not be eligible to win prizes. Void where prohibited.

Project and Submission Requirements

All projects must be created during the event — no previously started projects are permitted. Teams may have up to 3 members. Each submission must include a link to a public GitHub repository and a 3-minute demo video, with all required details completed on Devpost before the deadline.

Judging and Intellectual Property

Submissions will be evaluated by the judging panel against the published judging criteria. Participants retain ownership of the intellectual property in their submissions.

Code of Conduct

All participants, judges, mentors, sponsors, and organizers are required to follow the event Code of Conduct. This event is dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive, and harassment-free experience for everyone. Harassment or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated. Organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning or expelling offenders from the event without refund. Please report any concerns to the organizing team.
